I've researched this problem for hours and have tried everything:
clearing cache, incognito, multiple browsers, desktop and mobile app,
requesting an invoice from seller, adding a random item to my cart and
then removing it to see if that clears some...
Has there been any progress for you? Seems like more and more of us are

I'm in the middle of the same exact problem right now (~10 days and
counting). I have ~$750 tied up in this mess. I've talked to support
three times now and was told my payouts were scheduled to be disbursed
yesterday (Wednesday, 5/12). Still nothing...
The fact that eBay doesn't give sellers an option for Instant Transfer

Jumping on the wagon here to say I'm experiencing this, too. This will
be my first payout since my account was converted to MP. This has been
an extremely frustrating experience so far. Anyway, I won't beat a dead
horse with complaining about MP.
