I have this issue also. I'm constantly getting questions that I have
answered in the description. And, I've also noticed as a buyer how hard
it is to find the description. It doesn't make sense.
I think it waits for the buyer to actually print the label to assign a
tracking number. The label is not purchased from USPS until printed and
USPS assigns the tracking number then.
Every year at this time, shipping becomes difficult. I think the system
is overloaded with holiday shipping. Other years it required you to sit
there and renew the page until you finally got through.
I looked at listings on the app last night before posting this thread.
