Yeah, I had a problem with items shipping taking forever to arrive in
India, causing the buyer & me both to have lots of anxiety. The next
time I was shipping to India, the item never arrived, so ebay refunded
the buyer; I was out the item and the $$...
To me the solution is to not offer any returns. I have had several
returns in which the items were in OK condition, but the returns were
just buyer's remorse (or buyer's stupidity, inability to read the
listing, etc.) You end up wasting a lot of time...
This is a very unfortunate transaction for you. I have had a couple like
that and it makes me just want to load up all my stuff and take it to
