Hi, for some reason when I click on the leave feedback for my buyers, I get a white screen with the circle in the middle going around & never stops. Is anyone having this problem?

Trying to leave feedback for buyers & when I click on "Leave Feedback" after I have written my experience, it does not post to the buyers feedback. I have been having this trouble since yesterday. Any Ideas??
