I am curious why the option to personalize the message on the packing slip has changed. Did I miss something? Now all I have is a drop down box with prewritten responses. Can the responses be edited?

I've sold posters and other store display promos like counter cards and 12x12 "Flats" of LP Reproductions and have shipped them as media mail when the option was available. Now some of the "Flats" I am selling are not listing Media Mail as an option....
