I had an expensive item up for sale and received a buyer who used a fake
name and address so I contacted support.They suggested I cancel the

Hope that's the problem, I also have maybe 1-2% of people who don't end
up getting their card even with scanning and it never ends up showing
delivered, where should I file a lost shipment and is it different for
ESE rather than parcels?
When I dropped off at the post office none would get scanned so I have
been sending them with the mailman each day and he goes directly to the
sorting hub. I print a label off with a 4x6 thermal paper and place it
