Got a chandelier from a homeless guy, he was going to scrap it, can someone tell me about it.

The wiring looks good. Missing a glass ball. Leaves show rust on top. Leaves intact. UL holographic label.I want to do something good with it, I doubt their is money involved, IDK. I just want to see it survive passed my hands. Ty.UL e127752
