I came across a new platform name as Hope claiming it's a sub division of eBay. Here is the websites

The platform ask to deposit money and based on amount deposited, it automatically matched with the product to buy. User then need to submit order.
Once done, it gives commission to user based on to the level and the amount deposited. If I deposit $3000, means it match high price product. I can buy max 20 product in a day which can give me commission of $100 a day. I can withdraw my $3000 and $100. They claim that it helps merchant to increase their sales numbers and get trust of actual buyer.
I think this is scam by looking their website. But they claim a part of eBay. Any idea?
