doll makers mark id please

Anything you could tell me doll made of, maker etc its only 4.5 inches tall the head turns and arms and legs move

I don't know that mark and I can't see the numbers letters or symbol by that pic but first glance, looks like 50s or 40s even and small ones often composed of Celluloid. Could be but need to see the marks closer on upper back and face too.

Nice! Does the logo say "A Hollywood Doll"? Also cant tell if they are they sleep eyes (that open and close) or are they painted?
