I buy Citizen watches every now and then (have about 22 of them) and for that reason I receive a lot of sugestions from Ebay about Citizen watches.
I have received many sugestions about cheap Citizen Aviator watches, in blue and brown at $50 - $75 with no boxes and tags, mainly from China and Israel. (Men's Aviator Chronograph Black Dial Eco-Drive Watch NEW free fast shipping)
It is not possible that a $300 -$450 watch can be sold in quantities at the offer price, but most of all I don't see a way where Ebay can control this, at least not one that I know.
I open the discusion on this, because I really hate to see this business tainted with a bunch of scammers trying to make fast money with everyday ebayers.
