Selling charges

Hello all.  I rarely sell on eBay, so please forgive my ignorance here.  I recently sold an item and the seller paid around $12 shipping charges.  I was charged about $8 for the shipping label.  This seems like double billing to me.  Bottom line question is, will the $8 be refunded to me?  Thanks.

@supra-don Hello- it is not double billing. When the buyer paid you for the transaction, that included the $12 for shipping. That money went to your account so you do get the $12 along with the amount for the item. Then you purchased the label for only $8. So you are $4 ahead already. The buyer pays the seller for the item plus the label, then the seller purchases the label themselves. Best of luck to you....
