Any Solingen Germany Knife experts

Looking for info on this knife - got from an estate sale

maker ? I know that Solingen is a knife making area in Germany but since it’s stamped just Solingen Germany that means it was made by the Solingen Company - correct?

age - bring all metal I believe this means it an early multi tool knife but don’t know what age it actually is ?

any info would be appreciated

Solingen itself without a proper maker's mark is VERY often not worth much. especially when it's a copy of a Swiss army knife,
