Hello... im just curious if this worth to be kept for. Got it as a change from the store, stamped like its in the picture. Anybody knows about it, or just nothing this paper bill? Thanks.

It's just someone with a stamp making a statement. I've also seen peace signs, recycle symbols etc. If it were just a buck, maybe, but on a $20 bill it's not worth keeping. It's nothing rare or official, just someone had a rubber stamp. In fact collectors of currency would consider it defaced.

there might be a few out there who collect interesting or modified notes, but i doubt they'd pay more than a very modest premium, if any, for a note like this...

Yes, that is true regarding printed messages or rubber stamped messages on paper
money. Heron has a few Republic of China notes (Republic 1912 to 1949) with various
stamped messages. One is something like this "Eat at Fu Wong's diner Hong
Kong". Heron paid no premiums and in some cases paid less than
listed price for notes with 'messages'. Some folks do collect such items. For fun!
