Vogue Ginny vintage vs. reissue

I am trying to figure out if I have a Vogue reissue of Ginny or an original. Her back says: Ginny  Vogue Dolls INC Pat. NO 2687594 Made in the U.S.A.    Her head says Vogue.  She is a bent knee walker. She is very pale and has blue eyes with molded eyelashes that won't close. Her arms are strung with rubber bands. Her wig is glued in front of her

ears. When I bought her years ago, I thought the seller said she was a reissue but maybe I misunderstood.  Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Vogue Ginny vintage vs. reissue

The Ginny doll you have is from the '50s. I'm not an expert on these but I do know that your doll is not a "re-issue." See current eBay listing:

eBay item number
401760101024 and other Ginny dolls in the the pre-1970 category.
