Help to identify dolls

Can anyone tell me about these dolls? Two of them have Hong Kong on the bottom of their shoes. Thanks for any help.

I remember seeing something similar recently.  Do a search on DOLLS OF THE WORLD.  The dolls were dressed in costumes from different countries.  The first especially looks like a doll from that series.    Goodluck.

Do they have plastic heart-shaped bases that attach to their feet with little springs?  If so, they would be considered sweetheart dolls and many came with Valentine's Day chocolates.  Info courtesy of my Mom who helped me out with similar-type dolls.
