Who would we contact to look into the mess ebay made of toys and variation listings with this last update?
ALL TV, movie, and character toys were moved to action figures, which is beyond stupid. I have a lot of characters toys that are not action figures. What was the point and is it staying like this?
The other thing is, they changed the variations so they cannot be edited and we can't update quantities because character is no longer a valid option (forgot the wording they used).
So those of us with tons of character toy variations can't edit or even add more to the quantity because of these changes that make no sense. Ideas or suggestions appreciated.

We do not list as many toys/action figures, we do list Comic Books and cards. Those categories are in a TOTAL MESS. They added new requirements. Not every card is going to be graded but it is a requirement for the graded and what company graded the card. eBay is "boasting" about how easy it is to list a card but some of the requirements are so stupid.

Thank-you... I agree with you. What a mess. To the people in charge of the categories. I have found 3 definitions of Action Figure:
action figure
NOUN
action figures (plural noun)
1) a doll representing a person or fictional character known for vigorous action, such as a soldier or superhero. The figure typically is posable, with jointed limbs.
2) a small usually plastic doll
3) Action figures are made to look like superheroes, soldiers, robots, etc.
You have put everything that was in the TV and Movie toy category into the action figures category.
For example a Shopkins Piano character is NOT a action figure

One thing you have to consider is, the Millennials and Gen Z, people working for ebay now, only know about "Action Figures" They have no idea what Character toys were. Even if you could contact someone at ebay, high enough up the ladder to make a difference, it would not matter. They have no interest in listening to their sellers, who are the ones stuck with most of their ridiculous changes to the site and its search engine. You may still be able to list Character toys in the Collectible category > TV and Movie > ... and if the title has a brand name in it Ex: Marx, Disneykins it will show up in those toy category searches.

I think you hit on a very good point @mudshark61369 (red highlighted statement) and add to it that eBay simply has very few people that experienced older toys and apparently nobody there is willing to invest the time to research the history on a lot of things.
