Anyone recognize these characters?

I have a length of this fabric.  Cannot find any matches on google image or other searches for a toy or character line.  Would appreciate any help.

Google has a ton of data about that name, but nothing with those pictures.  Mostly Disney and Anime stuff.

They look like Hello Kitty characters from SANRIO, possibly Miffy and Tiny Chum + ? I'll let you do the research 🙂

Have you tried looking up the copyright for IrisCharacter -  Iris Fan Tasia ?  If the characters are unique to an artist you should be able to look up their work. 

The copyrighted name seems to have been taken from the Character Iris from the Disney movie Fatasia.
