How much is 9 ounces to Turkey?

Using the USPS website Postage Price Calculator I am getign some ridiculous amoutns for mailing a letter weghing 9 ounces to Turkey?

You posted this question twice, i.e. created two threads for the same question.  9 ounce letter, first class to Turkey (large envelope) is $10.72.

When I went to the post office they weigehd it as 8 ounces and only charged me $2.29 which was a lot cheaper.

My guess is that you are going to get that back. Seems they charged you US domestic rate.

I may be wrong but that is impossible for international mail.

For example a 9 ounce package to Switzerland cost $22.50

Large envelope $10.72

Heck a 3 ounce letter to Switzerland cost $3.12.
