Trying to figure out the age of this piece. It's a heavy and very ornate reposse silver plate serving tray. Heavily tarnished at this point! The hallmarks are a rearing horse? a phoenix bird and the lions head erased. Also 8 tiny marks with either letters or symbols - too small too see ! Thanks for looking !
