Any help in identifying these silver hallmarks would be greatly appreciated; maker, origin, age, etc. The hallmarks are at the base of a silver flask. Thank you so much in advance.

AR over W. .92

I believe the 92 refers to the percentage of tin. This hip flask is pewter.
The crossed arrows mark indicates that it was made in Sheffield England.
Not sure of the manufacturer but I sold something a while ago with that mark. If I'm wrong then, oh well I'm not a pewter expert...good luck.
