I am thinking of selling SD card. The cheapest shipping company and how should I prepare the package to be the cheapest? I'm new in this business. Thank you.

Input the weight and size at the 3 shipping company websites (USPS, UPS, Fedex)  (just use the furthest zip code from you (90620 for Cali; 10001 for NY) and you can see the various 'shipping rates/types' that each offers.

If you can keep within 1/4' in thickness................ the cheapest way that I know of would be by USPS as a "non-machinable letter in a plain envelope. 

It would provide no tracking, therefore no proof of delivery.

Tracking is not required by eBay, but you would lose any "item not received" claim and would have to refund the buyer payment in full.
