Go to Paypal and file an item not received case, the transaction will be there, let them know the item has been removed.

Click More actions > I don't get it? to the right of your missing items:

Start a refund request, then come back after 3 business days, click Ask eBay to get on it, and you'll have your refund.

Or instead, you can wait 18 days for your refund at PayPal.
