Account settings/Personal/Addresses. Pick the fields that need work and Edit. Good luck.

Doesn't work in my case. My account contains two "Primary Shipping Addresses" and one "Other Shipping Addres". I have no way to delete either of the two "Primary Shipping Addresses".

Set the address you want as primary. Once you do that you should be able to delete the others with a big red delete button. @tdhofstetter

EBay says I have TWO PRIMARY addresses. One on each end of the continent.
