Return an item for a refund | eBay

Open a not as described case for the defective drive.  Keep track of dates.

You can't cancel an order that was shipped and received.

Asking for a refund in this forum won't do it either, the responders in this forum don't work for eBay, we can't see your order details.

You need to go to the order click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS.

Next click doesn’t match pictures and description or is defective.

You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return.
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 4 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
If you do receive a return label, print the label, package up the item you are returning, take it to USPS, Fedex or UPS, which ever shipping service is indicated on the shipping label. When the seller  receives the item back he has 2-3 days to send your refund, if not on day 4 return to the case and click ask ebay to step in for your refund.

After you've followed the instructions from other responders here, PLEASE go back and read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers which clearly explains the protection that eBay offers you.

You "need to issue a refund"? Aren't you the buyer? Did you mean that you need to request a refund?

BTW, you should get on this quickly.  eBay only gives buyers 30 days past delivery to open a case for item not as described or received.  If your order date was January 1st, am assuming you received your purchases pretty close to 30 days ago.
