I usually always offer free shipping but his time, I decided to have Buyer pay for shipping. I just received an offer, but before I accept, I have a question:
I understand that the shipping is added to my funds, and then I pay for the shipping myself. So, what if the Buyer decides to return the item, does eBay refund the shipping cost directly to the Buyer? I hope it's not that because then I am out of shipping cost. I have it stated that Buyer pays return shipping.

Who pays return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
If they file a INAD, you pay return shipping and the buyer gets a full refund.
If the reason is remorse, doesn't fit, changed their mind, buyer pays return shipping and you can deduct the original shipping they paid from the refund.

Am concerned about your statement that you usually always offer free shipping.
You do know that, when a seller offers free shipping, the shipping cost should be rolled into the item price, right?
For instance, if you have an item listed at $15 plus $5 shipping, that item should be listed for $20 if you offer free shipping. In other words, someone ALWAYS pays for shipping, and it should ALWAYS be the buyer.
