Undeliverable due to vacancy...

New to selling and I got a item back saying address vacant unable to forward.  Tried to find what to do on ebay with no luck.  What are my responsibilities for a returned item for issues of this nature?  If the issue was due to an error on their end, do I get shipping fees to send it again if they want it?

Send a message to the buyer saying that you received the item back because the address is incorrect.

If you hear nothing back from the buyer, I would refund the item cost only.

You can relist the item afterwords.
