Basically I purchased an item that UPS tracking shows as delivered. I know that means the seller did their job and it's up to me to figure out what happened. I've checked with neighbors and everyone in my house and no one has seen it. I suppose it could have been stolen but delivery shows 2:00PM, we were all home and should have heard the doorbell. Has anyone else run into something like this with UPS? Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
