Thought eBay USPS First Class Letter service with tracking was supposed to start today?

I had read that eBay was beginning USPS first class letter service for certain categories under $20.  Supposed to start today but I cannot find any sign of it.  Let me know if I have missed something.  Thanks all!

The announcement in early December did say that the service would begin in January. But more recently, eBay staff have confirmed that it will not.
