Shipping + tax/customs money not refunded, item was never shipped

Hey!

I live in Germany. I ordered a laptop yesterday from PA, US. The item was never shipped. I've requested the order cancellation. Got a refund today.

Total purchase amount: 1153.77 USD
Amount refunded: 888.65 USD

Shipping + tax/customs: 1153.77 - 888.65 = 265.12

The question: is this OK? I miss 265.12 USD from the total purchase amount.
