I received the package back as undeliverable after doing an official return request and shipping it out USPS with the Ebay generated label.
I went to Google Maps and sure enough the address doesn't exist.
On the "return steps" it shows the seller/package has to be delivered before I can get my refund, but that's obviously stalled - possibly on purpose. I did send them notice via Ebay "messages".
Where do I go from here? - I see no way to escalate the case or report the seller's misdeeds online. Will I automatically be refunded even if the shipping/tracking never shows it was returned?

Call customer service, they will issue your refund since the return address is incorrect.
