Returning to sender

Hello , I am having some problems with a seller who said I could return an unopened package by writing "return to sender" it. I went through ebay and opened up a return case on 12/19. The package  arrived to the seller 8 days ago (not including Christmas) and they has not responded to any of my messages.

Your seller may be away for the holidays. Give her a few more days to respond.

The seller has 6 business days to refund you if you opened a return request. It has only been 4 business days. You can ask eBay to step in on Wednesday.

What's your return case say now:

Did your seller actually accept your return request --

and did you enter the Return to Sender tracking number on the page --

so that eBay will be able to see that the return has been delivered back to the seller?

Did you actually open a return request?  Simply writing return to sender and refusing the package might void the MBG.

Ok. You can ask ebay to step in Wednesday if the seller doesn't refund by Tuesday the 6th business day.
