Printing label page not showing up.

My printing label page is not showing up in my computer. So I started printing it from my iPad. Now in my eBay app a window is popping up stating to do the printing from my computer. So the options to print my labels with eBay are disappearing! Why is this happening!

Now another message opened up that states I have to sign a billing agreement. In order to print with the app. What is this nonsense.
