What is going on with the Orders shipped info.   I can't get info on any items I've sold in the last 30+ days.  It  only shows items sold till the end of July.  This has been going on for some time.  It's impossible to get phone help, not even a call back.  Service is awful lately.  I can't even get tracking info.

Check the drop down menu next to period, make sure it's showing the past 90 days.  If not, change it.

Have you use the Seller Hub to view your orders?

You can specify the time period you wish to view along with the status of the order (like "Paid and Shipped")
