Package shipped with E.I.S. stuck at Glendale Heights ebay hub

Last tracking update was 'Delivered' at Glendale Heights, IL 60139 on fedex tracking at 9:17 PM April 11, I'm not sure if ebay hub is even opened at 9:17 PM.

It's been a week and no new tracking was provided. I'm concerned because it's an expensive laptop.

If it shows 'delivered', then it doesn't matter  to you any longer. That is the EIS hub. Many things are 'delivered' there and can take a week or 2 to get 'processed' for the 'next leg' of the journey- as well as items can sit in 'customs' in a country for 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months...buy again, because it went to the HUB- you are NOT responsible for when it gets there.
