My item has been stuck at ISC New York for 3 months and it still hasn't arrived at my house. 

I would like to ask if there is anyone whose items were stuck at ISC longer than me and if they finally received them and for how long? 

Now I have the seller refund the shipping insurance .

I would say " yes" to three weeks, but NOT three months. As I had replied to a poster in another thread, 3 to 5 days has been the norm for me most of the time. By three months I would consider the item lost and would have already persued whatever remedy fit the particular circumstance.
