Is anyone else having issues with an inaccurate late shipment rate? My late shipment rate has slowly been increasing over the last few months which has impacted my seller rating. I take the time to get every package scanned at the post office and have a receipt to show that they were shipped on time. The only ones that don't get scanned are eBay's Standard Envelopes. If it's these envelopes are what's causing the issue then eBay needed to realize that, according to the Post Master, they don't get scanned anywhere along its route.
