Some background. I have always had 100% for shipping. I sell something it is packed and shipped out that day. If it is late at night I take the next morning. Well a month or so ago I sold two listings of diabetic lancets within minutes of each other. Rather odd but I was happy to move the product. One guy was in CA the other was in Florida. I suspected the last one was actually in Mexico and I was right. This was during the Irma hurricane that hit Florida. So I knew the shipping would be off as the drop shipper was in Miami. Anyway never heard anything and assumed it was all taken care of. Well I went to my seller hub and guess what?? I late shipment notice?? WTH? Are they kidding me? I know to some this isn’t a big deal but to me it IS a very big deal. I pride myself on my fast shipping and handeling time. So I am really irritated that its there.
Sorry for the rant but I had to say something!!!! And no way will I try to call CS. OMG the horror LOL
