I purchased a liftmaster remote around July 7th 2017 and the etimated arrival date was july 12-27 and I have still not received my remote. I lost the confirmation code because I had bought this item as a guest before I made my Ebay account. I have the email that says that my item was removed from the listing however adn a screen shot of the estimated arrival date. Is there anyway I could get my money back for this item???? I cannot find the email that had the confirmation code. I beleive this was a scam posting. I cannot even contact ebay customer service because I cannot find the conformation email so that I can sign in as a guest which I find very inconvenient...
