International buyer bought multiple items

A buyer is bidding on six individual items. When he wins he wants to bulk send to save in the shipping (about twenty dollars each. Can I combine them and send him invoice to save him on shipping

Are you enrolled in EIS ? If you are you won’t be able to combine multiple purchases.

You can't.  You need to tell the buyer that.  Hopefully, they understand English.  The only way to combine them would be IF the buyer wins, you cancel ALL of the listings with BUYER REQUESTED.  Then you need to write a private buy it now for the buyer.   You ADD the totals of the items that the buyer won.  You need to update the shipping fee for all of the items in 1 box.     So you need to tell the buyer all of this. He has to agree. When you email him, you tell him that the shipping for the X items will be  ______.    You tell him that you will start the ad as a buy it now but you will make the price MUCH higher.   The buyer will make an offer at X.   X will be the sum of the items that he won.

Your description should say PRIVATE LISTING + whatever the items are    5 shirts or 3 dolls or whatever.  The description should be more detailed.  Make sure that you state the condition.   The first line of the description should say PRIVATE LISTING FOR A SPECIFIC BUYER ONLY.     Make sure that you start the ad at a time that the buyer is awake to buy it.  It's a pain in the neck.  Hopefully you can combine the items into 1 parcel. If you can NOT , then tell them that you can't.  Perhaps you can do it with 2 listings instead of 1.  

The EIS program requires that you put a packing slip inside of the package.

But; you can offer to make a 'new' listings combining all the items the buyer wants into 1 listing.

You can use the procedures suggested below, or you can tell the buyer you can' t combine the postage but you can mail his items together (if that is physically possible) and refund him extra postage. Then use other label/shipping providers (e.g. pirateship, an outstanding company in all respects) to mail everything to them. You can insure the package. So this is an option you can explore.
