I have a Dubai buyer. Zero feedback & brand new. If I ship Priority flat rate with insurance will I be covered even though it wont say "delivered"? Or, can I ship first class package without insurance & still be covered?
Usually Ebay says it has to state "delivered", but international mail doesnt track that way.
