How to cancel a shipping label?

How to cancel a shipping label? I typed in the wrong size and weight.

Go to the item and 'print another label' (on the left drop down); when you're there it will say 'you already printed a label, go HERE..)

Then, click 'void' the label. It will take about 3 weeks for you to get a refund for that label.

Then, print another label. 

You might also let the buyer know since they will have 2 tracking numbers, 1 which will never be used.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.

eBay International Standard Delivery labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

NOTE: 

eBay shipping labels are currently down so you will have trouble purchasing a new label right now. eBay reps were tagged on this discussion for updates:

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.

Not sure how my above post got messed up. The part that says:

Should have said:

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
