Buyer is stating they only got one item.
Checked the label I printed and it is weighed at the weight for four items.
How do I see what the usps weighed my item in at?
Thanks! This will help me determine whether it is a false claim or not 🙂

Since you printed the label, I assume that you did not have to have the p.o. weigh for postage purchase. Other than spotting an item for insufficient postage, the post office would not have reason to weigh a parcel as it moves thru the system. there would be no scan that would show weight that I know of, and I worked there for over 33 years.

If you dropped it off at the Post Office, and they scanned it and gave you a receipt it is on there. That is the only way I know of.

I doubt there is any way to do that unless it weighed dramatically different from what the label said. In that case in a few weeks you might bill/credit if the USPS verification system is working.

Go to the PO and ask to see the detailed tracking history. If it passed through any APV sits it will include the weight at that time.
