Has anyone received their fedex refund from the first problem ?

What FedEx refund? Do you mean an insurance payout from a claim, or something else? I'm confused... 🤔

Sellers using FedEx...for some reason was being billed extra charges where packages did not have correct postage on the 4th and yesterday evening and maybe before that...and eBay will be giving refunds out.

The announcement posted at 11:59pm on the 27th said the refunds would be issued in 5 business days, that would be today.

eBay, not known for punctuality so if it turns out to be Monday or Tuesday next week it would not surprise me.

I would guess that it's a credit which goes to your Available Funds, maybe if you used an alternate payment method, credit card or PayPal, it will be a credit to those accounts.

FedEx over charged Sellers ... by a lot ... eBay has been working on it to Refund Sellers.

They did it to me years ago, I stopped using them and have never used them since.

Yes, but none of them were full refunds for the complete amount of the cost adjustments. All of them were only partial. For example one I was charged $19.23 cost adjustment, I was only refunded $17. I have 13 of them like that. 13 refunds for less than the amount I was supposed to be refunded.

UPS to replace FedEx as U.S. Postal Service primary air cargo provider.

UPS will become the USPS primary air cargo provider, as rival FedEx announced an end to its more than 20 year partnership with the postal service provider...now....

Will shipping rates differ?

You're correct, was counting the weekend 

If you don't count the 28th as day 1 it would have be the 4th

The wheels turn slowly, I'll be more patient
