When listing, any items over about 10 oz is requiring me to choose priority shop. I am choosing Calculated and putting in the ounces ( which should be first class up to 16oz) but Ebay does not even give me the First class option. What am I doing wrong?
Check the drop-down menu for "Package type." You need to choose "Package/thick envelope," not Letter or Large envelope. Also, First Class is in the group called "Standard" shipping.
