Has anyone had this same experience with FEDEX? My tracking showed "shipment exception barcode unreadable and replaced " Since then there hasn't been any movement on the package. I wonder if they changed the tracking number. I asked the Business Center I use to mail it and they said sometimes FEDEX just throws things out.

I've had that message on a couple of packages lately. My heart skips a beat since it sounds like trouble but the packages are delivered as normal under the same tracking number. How long has it been since movement? As kensgiftshop suggests you should contact FedEx if it's been a while since a tracking update.

Well I called FEDEX on the first, after 5 days of no movement showing on the tracking and they said they did not change the tracking number and it's moving right along. Yesterday it finally showed movement and it should be delivered today.
