Error; Tracking won't import

I use Shipstation to purchase my shipping. The tracking numbers are not all transferring to ebay currently - Shipstation error says that tracking currently exists for another seller or another buyer. I've gone to eBay to apply it manually. I don't get an error message, but the tracking doesn't stick. I can just add tracking over and over but it stays blank. Any suggestions?

What shipper did you use? Does their website show the correct information? Sounds like you need to contact Shipstation. It appears that they are the ones that gave you a bad tracking number.

I used the post office, and I just checked and the tracking number appears ok. USPS tracking shows it being generated here and leaving my post office.
