I wish ebay would help us on shipping costs and put a Global Shipping center on the west coast too.

Well if you're doing it right, you shouldn't be paying any shipping out of pocket

ebay has no shipping centers..

 

Pitney bowes has the shipping center. call Pitney bowes and tell them you want them to open another shipping center on the west coast.
