Seems strange that eBay can let someone open a case on my account for non-delivery of an item shown to have shipped from the GSP Center. Isn't that eBay's problem?

Enter your tracking number into the case. See if there's any other info there you can supply.

You will likely need to call eBay to refer this to them to handle.

You would expect it to happen automatically, but it does not.

yes... that is how I confirmed it had shipped from the GCP Center

Non delivery of GSP items is handled by eBay and Pitney Bowes, but you see it on your account. I would go ahead and enter the tracking number (your location to GSP) into the case documentation, but nothing else should be needed from you.

Early on I learned to avoid GSP and to ship USPS International. With that being said... I just went to Help & Contact 'GSP' to read up on it for you (since it's been so long that I'd dealt with it) hoping to help.

You know, it's odd… I was directed to the Managed Payments page.

Yes, I am in MP and knew GSP wasn't available to me now, but... sure enough, halfway down was this paragraph:

The Global Shipping Program isn’t currently supported for managed payments sellers. Once you enable managed payments, the Global Shipping Program will no longer be available on your active items, even if you had previously selected that option for those listings. If you try to list any items or revise existing listings with the Global Shipping Program selected, you’ll see an error message.

I only just realized that I can't read the rules for non-MPs anymore. Or I'm crazy. Anyone??

Log out, then go back again to Help & Contact 'GSP' to read up on it, @mtgraves7984.

I just logged out and back in, went to Help & Contact, entered 'GSP' and was sent to the Managed Payments Page.

I also typed in 'Global Shipping Program' and was sent to the Managed Payments Page.

The page header is: Introducing managed payments on eBay

There's no way to get there from here anymore.

Thank you, @alseyf-73 for addressing my concern.

I stayed logged out but logged in using my daughter's ID (who is not in Managed Payments) and there it was... a whole GSP page! Good to know I'm not crazy.

Now can you, @alseyf-73 , help the OP?
