Can't select FedEx or UPS

I'm trying to ship an item but only USPS options are available. FedEx and UPS are grayed out. What does this mean?

.Looks like quite a few USPS is also grayed out. 

That may mean your dimensions and weight aren't right.

Check those to be sure you have them in there.

Most likely @therealvalce the buyer's address is a PO box. Is that correct? FedEx/UPS won't ship to a PO box.

Media Mail and eBay Standard envelope are grayed out because OP is selling electronics that don't qualify for those services. I don't see any other USPS services grayed out in that screenshot.

Your listings only give  ONE option... USPS ground advantage.

Your listings show you're shipping USPS, so that's how you should ship it.
