It was for an item I pre-ordered back from August and the seller indicates that it should be in-stock sometime by next month. But now I don't really need the item.
So, I was wondering if I can request a refund for it?
I know the seller does accept returns/refunds, but when I look back at the order details, I keep getting this error; "Order Service temporarily unavailable or invalid parameters in the request URL."
Probably because it's a months old purchase, but I still have the email confirmation that I made a payment for it.
